Cisco is hosting two analyst-only events at their HQ during this time, starting with the Collaboration Summit, then the Contact Center Deep Dive.

This is the first of two back-to-back events that week, and am looking forward to being at Avaya Engage.

This is a new event for me, and aside from taking in sessions and networking, I’ll be wearing two hats. First, I’ll be moderating a panel of consultants on Wednesday at 11:05 - Conversational AI and the Enterprise. Later that night, the consultants and I will revert to black attire, and do our thing as the SIPtones. How fun is that? Details are here on the event website, and updates will be coming, including a podcast.

The SCTC is comprised mainly of telecom/comms consultants, but analysts are welcome, and I’m one of the few in that circle. This year’s annual conference is in Chicago, and aside from attending, I’ll be giving the locknote talk to close things out on the last day. Perhaps best of all, the SCTC is having the SIPtones perform again, and I’ve been practicing for a while a now. If you haven’t seen us play, I have some video clips posted here on the website. Can’t wait. :-)

This will be my 3rd San Francisco trip in October, but am very much looking forward to this analyst event and roadmap update with Vonage. I’ll be primarily attending the analyst portion, but also Day 1 of their much bigger Campus event which is their global user conference.

This will be an analyst-only event for RingCentral, and I’ll be sharing thoughts during and afterwards.

Haven’t been to a Mitel analyst event for some time, and am really looking forward to it!

I’ll be attending the middle two days of this event, and with 17 tracks, it’s pretty far-reaching. VOICE 19 is a new one for me, but I’ll be moderating a panel on Wednesday about voice and AI in the enterprise, so I hope you’ll come see us. This is an analyst-only event, and am looking forward to the latest updates from Mavenir.

Looking forward to the next edition of Ribbon Communications’s Perspectives conference. They have a lot riding on CPaaS with Kandy, and am keen to see the updates.

This will be my second time attending Slack Frontiers, and am keen to hear about their progress, especially for gaining traction - and revenues - in the enterprise space. With Serena Williams headlining, they must be doing ok!

Am just attending the second of this event, hosted by Wildix for their partners to help them sell UC&C.

This is the biggest event of the year in the collaboration space, and aside from attending start-to-finish, I’ll be speaking twice. All the details are here, and maybe I’ll see you there.

The stars have finally lined up for me to attend their analyst event. Been following and writing about RingCentral for some time, so am really looking forward to this analyst-only event.

This year’s edition will be held at Cisco’s San Jose Campus, and it will be the first opportunity for analysts to meet and hear from Amy Chang, the new SVP of their Collaboration Technology Group. Will be a short trip, but definitely looking forward to it.

This will be my first time to an ALE event, and certainly my first time to Monaco - sure am looking forward to this one!

This is a new event for host TMCnet, and aligns with the 20th anniversary of the broader ITExpo, all taking place at the Ft. Lauderdale Convention Center. As co-chair for the Future of Work Expo, I’ll be leading all the sessions, either as moderator or host, so I won’t be hard to find.

This will be my first time attending a Vonage Business event, and this is analyst-only, so it’s a pretty closed group.

Back again for a long-running event, but this may well be the last time as the transition into Cisco runs its course. No complaints about being in Miami as the weather gets cold, and Connections is always a great event.

Talkdesk is an emerging contact center player I’ve only been following recently, and am looking forward to attending their Opentalk18 event this November.
